CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
( • ) Manufacturing defect or sending the wrong product
In case of purchase of a product with a manufacturing defect or wording/color/size error on our part, please contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product . Shipping on exchange or return is always on us and immediate shipping.
( • ) Whoops , I chose the wrong size or product
In case of exchange or return due to regret or choosing the wrong product, the deadline is up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product . We split shipments: you pay the cost of returning the goods and we pay the cost of sending them back. Fair enough, right? :)

Didn't it go well? If you choose to return your merchandise, you also have up to 30 days to make the request and you can choose to receive the amount in credit for purchases on our website (valid for 6 months) or receive the refund using the same payment method.

How to return the chest?
If you're from Curitiba, just go to the PEITA studio to make your exchange. Click here for opening hours . Please have your order number ready.
Do you live in other cities in Brasilzão? Request the exchange via email puta@peita.me . In the subject, put "exchange + order number". Ex: EXCHANGE - Order #0000
The returned item must contain the invoice and be folded inside the original packaging ( ziplock plastic), without stains and/or signs of use. You can keep the treats, they are yours :)
If your chest is a gift, it is mandatory to inform/send the order number with the item to be exchanged.
