About deadlines, exchanges and returns.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they are the document that will regulate your conduct when using our website. By using our online store, you will be adhering to all the terms and expressly agreeing to the conditions provided for its use. We reserve the right to make changes to the services , products, prices, qualities, quantities, information and any other materials, as well as to terminate our activities at any time without the need to send you any prior notice, and without this giving you the right to any compensation.

DEADLINES


- PRODUCTION

We need up to 1 business day to separate and ship your order when it is available in stock. All of our products are available for purchase but many phrases are printed on demand – which can take up to 3 business days.

If you do not receive an email within 3 days of purchase notifying you that your order is ready to ship or ready for pickup, it is because an item in your order is out of stock and has entered the initial production queue. In this case, it may take up to 15 business days .

This time is our safety margin for products that are not T-shirts and for when there is a delay in the supply of fabric to us. We usually don't use it, but it's good for you to know that it exists.

- SHIPPING BY POST

THE delivery time given by the Post Office to your zip code, IT BEGINS TO BE VALID FROM THE DAY OF POSTING and not from the day of purchase or the day payment was approved.

1. The delivery time is informed at the time of purchase completion and is calculated according to the zip code and type of delivery selected.

1.2. The delivery times indicated should only be considered for orders approved until 12:00h. After this time, add 1 business day to the total time.

1.3. For promotional periods, add 15 working days to the indicated period.

1.4. If the delivery address is in an area where correspondence is delivered directly to a post office, the same will occur with your order.

2. The delivery cost is calculated based on the zip code and total order volume.

3. Make sure that the registration and shipping data are always correct and up to date. In the event of inconsistencies, the order may be delayed depending on the time it takes for our team to contact you and confirm the data.

4. If you have not received the purchase confirmation email immediately after placing your order, confirm that the email "puta@peita.me" is on your list of trusted senders (we may be in your SPAM box).

ATTENTION! The order is only approved when a payment confirmation email is sent to you.

Do not accept damaged packages or packages with signs of a broken seal (in the case of a condominium, instruct the doorman not to accept them).

- SHIPPING BY MOTORCYCLE

You will receive an email notifying you that your product is ready and will be collected by the delivery person. We have up to 1 business day to deliver it to you once the order is packed and ready for delivery.

- COLLECTIONS AT THE PEITA STORE

If there is stock available, we will send an email within 1 business day to let you know that the order is ready for collection. If you do not receive an email within this period, it is because the order has entered the production flow and we will produce it for you.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Your breast didn't fit, did you make a mistake in the sentence or do you want to return the order? You can choose a different size or product, exchange it for credit on PEITA (valid for six months) or request a refund using the same payment method.

The conditions for exchange and return are:

    • If you purchase a product with a manufacturing defect , you can exchange or return it within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns for this reason are always at our expense.
    • In case of exchange or return due to having chosen the wrong product, you can also exchange it within 30 calendar days. We split the shipping costs: you pay the cost of returning the merchandise and we pay the cost of resending it. Fair, right? :)
    • If you choose to return your merchandise, you can choose to receive the amount in credits for purchases on the website (valid for 6 months) or receive a refund using the same payment method.
    • There are no exchanges or returns on bazaar/outlet items.

The returned item must contain the invoice and be folded in the original packaging (inside the ziplock plastic), without stains and/or signs of use. You can keep the goodies, they are yours :)

The exchange request will be processed and sent after the returned item has been received and analyzed.

To start an exchange or return, follow these steps:

      1. In all of Brazil, except Curitiba, request the exchange via email puta@peita.me . Fill in the reason and order number in the email subject, e.g.: EXCHANGE - Order #0000;
      2. In Curitiba, exchanges are in person, in our store at Rua Trajano Reis, 36. Wednesday to Friday from 11am to 7pm, Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm and Sundays from 9am to 2pm
      3. If your bribe is a gift, it is mandatory to inform/send the order number or email of the person who made the purchase along with the item you are going to exchange.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: You will be asked to cancel the debit to your card administrator. If the debit has already occurred, the refund of the installment(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.

Bank slip: the refund will be made by deposit into the current account of the purchase holder, same CPF, within 10 (ten) business days. This procedure is also the responsibility of the issuing bank.

You will receive notifications and guidance by email.
