It won't be long now, for all of us to be on our butts (getting the vaccine), topless in the sand, becoming mermaids. It's hard to believe, but yes, it's true, 2020 is finally over! Are you all right?
Around here, we went through an increase of more than 30% in the price of knitwear, sisters from PEITA or directly linked to us with COVID-19 (they are all fine 🖤), shortage of fabrics and raw materials. Due to these and other unforeseeable circumstances, we had to increase our deadlines to guarantee the quality of service: up to 7 working days for separation + Post Office delivery time if we have the brisket in stock or up to 21 working days if we do not. It's usually less, but it's good to work with it to control anxiety.
We have some important messages about how PEITA will work this year-end.
( • ) PEITA operation
Self-care is also a feminist practice and after this crazy year, we need a few days to recharge our batteries for 2021.
If you asked for a pickup or want to make your purchase in person here at PUTERO, in Curitiba , we are open from Monday to Friday, between 1pm and 6pm, until the 23rd. Come with a mask (we have gel alcohol!) and remember to maintain social distancing. PEITA goes on vacation on December 24th and returns to public service on January 11th.
Our communication channels (social networks, email and whatsapp) will be working, possibly not with the same speed and prompt responses as usual, but we will answer all questions with certainty.
( • ) About orders in production.
On our website you can see if we have the product in stock for prompt delivery. When it appears “in production”, it means that as soon as you make your purchase, we send your breast request for cutting, sewing and/or screen printing. Not that you're going to go through all these steps all the time, but it can happen that we don't have the plain t-shirt ready to print and we need to start from the cut. As our modeling is exclusive, we don't buy ready-made, we need to cut it internally and send it for sewing and finishing.
Purchases of chests 'in production', made from December 16th, will be delivered in 2021.
( • ) Christmas exchanges
For those from Curitiba, exchanges must be carried out in person here at the studio or at our partner Balaio de Gato Brechó Colab , which will also be open on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December, from 11am to 6pm, and returns on the 4th of December. January, from 10 am to 6 pm. Balaio is located at Presidente Carlos Cavalcanti, store 6 , next to Cine Passeio and before Rua Riachuelo. If by chance the glass door is locked, just knock a few times and Lia or another sister will help you.
