Peita turns 5 and celebrates with a free event at Rua Pagu

The Curitiba protest brand known for the phrase 'Fight like a girl.' celebrates its birthday with disco, conversation circle, discount and treats.

The protest brand Peita completed five years of struggle on March 8th and celebrates the new year that begins with a free event on Rua Pagu , on Saturday, the 26th . Animating the party from 4 pm to 10 pm, the DJs Vane Marques and Carmen Agulham . There will also be a round of conversation about the impact of the pandemic on women's lives , a proposal for active listening and sharing stories mediated by body psychologist Larissa Tomass . The event is outdoors, following the coronavirus prevention guidelines and subject to capacity.

This is our 5th anniversary. March 8 is the day when everything makes sense, we march alongside our own. Each year we create more alliances, connections, affection and learning. Seeing people wearing Peita's message that makes the most sense that day makes me very emotional. It is the materialization of everything we think about for the brand, such as positioning, purpose and the reason for existing ”, exalts the creator, Karina Gallon.

From 4pm onwards , DJ Carmen Agulham is in charge of the sound with a mix of contagious Brazilian qualities such as s amba, axé, carimbó, funk, and national rhythms that involve sounds from the old and new generations.

At 7 pm there will be a dialogue with body psychologist Larissa Tomass about how women went through this pandemic moment , dealing with loneliness, maternal overload, workload, unemployment, relationships, the relationship with the body, aging, mental load and much more. more.

Closing the party in style, at 8 pm, DJ Vane Marque s releases songs that contain elements of Afro-Brazilian culture, through strong bass, drums, and rhythms, bringing afrobeat, 2000's, funk, Brazilian POP and other sounds that go through these aspects.


Those who attend the event get a 25% discount coupon to purchase their chest during the party period. Sales will be online, through QR CODE spread across Rua Pagu, and the order will be sent later free of charge to people's homes.
