The second edition of the Paulista Football Federation 's Female Leadership Program , held during women's month, has an exclusive award for participants: “ Lead like a girl. ” in white color with phrase in purple. They also received a “ Play like a girl ” poster, stickers , among other gifts from the protest brand.
Organized for the first time in March 2020, the first group of the program connected 23 women directly or indirectly involved in the daily life of football, including managers, journalists, coaches, players, researchers, influencers.
“The idea is to bring together women who are already in the football market to train them and create greater involvement among them, occupying more important positions within the sport”, says Ana Lorena Marche, head of the FPF's Women's Football Department.

At the reunion on March 15, the guests discussed the effects and progress of the proposals made, in addition to having an exchange of experiences regarding women's football, with some collective constructions. The objective is to promote the creation of relationships and help between managers, journalists, coaches and players, directly or indirectly involved in the daily life of football.
