Where are the dykes, the gays, the queers, the LGBTQIs all?


Mothers for Diversity, Public Defender of the State of Paraná and the National Association for the Human Rights of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites, Transsexuals and Transgenders - ANAJUDH will promote an equal marriage and are inviting couples interested in participating in the qualification and celebration process.


Who can? Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite, transgender, transgender and intersex couples. With the blessing of Mothers for Diversity, let's celebrate love, diversity and equality. Entities will provide legal support to LGBTI couples in the licensing procedure and celebration of marriage, ending with a large collective party to affirm life and the fight for rights.


The process is free for couples with joint income of up to 3 minimum wages, the Ombudsman will issue a letter requesting the civil registry office to free the procedure. Couples with higher joint income will be able to participate in the collective marriage, but will have to pay the registry fees.


Calls for clarifications and delivery of documentation: 41 3219-7381. Documentation must be delivered by December 9th, between 1pm and 5pm. All consultations will take place at the Public Defender's Office of the State of Paraná, upon distribution of a password, at Rua José Bonifácio, 66 - Centro - Curitiba - PR (behind the Cathedral).


Places are limited to the first 20 couples who present complete documentation on December 9th.

( • ) LIST OF DOCUMENTS

 

- proof of residence of both issued within a maximum of 30 days (telephone, electricity, water or internet bills or statement under personal responsibility - model to be provided by the Public Defender's Office);

- updated birth certificate, issued no more than 30 days ago;

- updated marriage certificate with annotation of the divorce or death of a previous spouse, if applicable, issued within a maximum of 30 days;

- death certificate of previous deceased spouse, if applicable;

- Valid identity document (RG, CNH, Employment Card, etc.).

- National Registry of Individuals - CPF (card or printout of the query on the Federal Revenue website).

- Proof of income for the couple, for those interested in paying for gratuity (payslip, income tax return or work card or statement under personal responsibility - model to be provided by the Public Defender's Office);

- public deed of stable union, if any;

- name, nationality, marital status, profession, address and number of identity document and CPF of 2 witnesses

( • ) ATTENTION!

On the date for delivery of the documentation, the certificates and proof of residence must have an issue date not exceeding 30 calendar days and the documentation must be complete. The lack of any document will prevent the interested couple from participating in the collective marriage.


A festive celebration ceremony will be scheduled in the future, after the completion of the qualification process for all couples, expected to take place between February and March 2020.
